Bonded Warehouse.

Alcohol fulfilment services

Our bonded warehouse gives you greater control over imported stock with clear financial advantages.

As an HMRC-approved bonded operator, we store goods without duty or VAT being charged until they’re officially released for sale. That deferral helps improve cashflow, simplify international inventory flows, and reduce the cost of holding stock in the UK.
If a product is re-exported or returned to the supplier due to quality rejection no UK duty or VAT is ever payable. It remains “in transit” until you choose to release it, protecting your margins and reducing unnecessary tax exposure.
Risk managed. Margin protected.
Bonded warehousing is a smart, straightforward way to manage import risk and keep your supply chain lean. And because it’s fully integrated with our WMS and our real-time portal, you get the same real-time visibility, reporting, and care as with any other stock in our facility. Typical use cases include:
  • Permanent savings on re-exports. If stock leaves our bonded warehouse for another market, no UK duty or VAT is payable.
  • Better cash flow. Duty and VAT are only due when stock enters the UK market, keeping working capital free until you sell.
  • Reduced write-off costs. Damaged or unsellable stock can be written off as non-dutiable, cutting unnecessary tax exposure.
  • Smarter international trade. Balance bonded and duty-paid stock to manage cross-border flows in the most cost-effective way.
  • Inventory where you need it. Import larger volumes, store them locally, and decide when to release them.
  • Faster distribution. Import in bulk, then break and distribute orders across multiple markets with greater speed and control.
