Rising to Hello Bubble’s Fulfilment Challenge with Speed, Precision and Care
When Hello Bubble joined Fulfil with Synergy in April 2025, the initial fulfilment requirement quickly became something much bigger. Within days of signing, the operation had expanded to include the assembly and shipment of 400,000 kits across 8 variations, alongside 2 million individual units. It called for rapid thinking, careful planning and a team prepared to take ownership from the moment the challenge landed.

About Hello Bubble
Hello Bubble creates skincare products designed to clean, balance and hydrate skin gently. Known for affordable, plant-friendly formulations, the brand focuses on delivering consistent, long-lasting results while remaining accessible to a wide customer base.
The requirement
When Hello Bubble came on board in April 2025, retail visibility was limited. There was an early indication that sizeable shipments into Boots, ASOS and Amazon would form part of the requirement, but the true scale of the programme became clear within days of contract signing. Fulfil with Synergy was asked to assemble and ship hundreds of thousands of kits comprising of multiple variations, and individual units, including consumables. The scale and complexity of the kitting programme went far beyond the volumes anticipated during onboarding. The challenge was not simply one of capacity. Hello Bubble needed a partner that could respond at speed while maintaining the precision, organisation and care required across a complex, multi-variation kitting programme.
How Fulfil with Synergy support Hello Bubble
When the requirement changed, our team took ownership of it.
Within hours, we had solution-designed the full programme of work. Within one week, 30 new colleagues had been recruited and onboarded, rapidly expanding capacity to support the increased volumes. But scaling quickly could not come at the expense of getting the details right. Considering the volumes and variations the programme required careful coordination at every stage. Production was staggered across a 10 week period, with individual SKUs and packaging elements arriving at different times. Those dependencies were managed through structured planning, constant communication and close collaboration between both teams.
It was a response built around speed, but delivered with precision and care.
Built to support kitting & bundling
The operation was built to respond when requirements changed. Fulfilment does not always follow the original plan. For Hello Bubble, the scope changed significantly within days. What mattered was having a partner prepared to respond just as quickly, without losing sight of the detail. From solution-designing the programme within hours to recruiting and onboarding 30 additional colleagues within a week, Fulfil with Synergy adapted the operation around what the brand actually needed. And as production progressed, close communication and structured planning helped both teams navigate changing SKU and packaging availability across the ten-week programme. Being an extension of a brand means more than following a brief. It’s about taking ownership when that brief changes, finding a way forward and taking pride in delivering it properly.
