Pre-retail preparation to retailer spec
This is an integral part of our on-line and retail ready offering. The real challenge isn’t just the picking & packing it’s the retailer specific unit, case and pallet labelling requirements coupled with bespoke packing lists, RDD dates, bookings, and transport. On offer is a highly tenured team who understand the complexities, workflows and how to delight you and your clients.
Quality Control (AQL or 100%)
Our quality control team carries out detailed inspections at AQL or 100% levels, giving you total clarity over product condition and the insights you need to close the loop with your manufacturers. Every check is reported, and handled with care. We also carry out light remedial work such as minor repairs or metal detection for compliance.
This hands-on attention helps maintain stock readiness, reduce returns, and avoid costly compliance issues, especially in fashion, footwear, and high-volume retail.
Kitting
From kits to re-packs, our team is built for speed, scale, and consistency. We’ve worked with leading brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and gifting, combining compliance know-how with smart handling and precise execution. Barcoding &
Re-labelling
Whether it’s high-volume markdowns or urgent re-labelling, our team can process thousands of units per day, using technology-led workflows to meet tight turnarounds. We’ve managed campaigns handling up to 20 million units annually. For smaller, ad-hoc POs, all we need is a packing list, job spec and some samples or images and we'll quote straight back.
Mould & Odour Treatment
Products in transit for long periods can arrive with mould or odours, usually due to container condensation or quayside delays. We use a proven two-stage Micro-Fresh® process to neutralise odours and surface mould, before re-packing items into clean bags for compliant dispatch. It’s an effective way to protect product value, reduce waste, and maintain acceptance rates with major retailers.
