Meet Liane Scott, our new Head of Client Services.

What is your role and what will you be focusing on?

I’ve joined Fulfil with Synergy as Head of Client Services, leading the Client Services team and working closely with our clients and the wider business. My focus will be on developing the team, building strong client relationships and making sure we’re delivering the best service we can.

What attracted you to join Fulfil with Synergy? Was it their mission, the culture or something else entirely?

The people and the culture really stood out to me. From my first conversations, I got a great feel for the business, the ambition and where Synergy is heading. I loved the opportunity to bring my experience to the role, be part of that journey and help shape Client Services as the business continues to grow.

Can you share your career journey so far – highs and any lows?

I’ve spent most of my career working across customer service, supply chain and operations, working with some brilliant brands, retailers and people along the way. The biggest highs for me have always been around people, seeing someone I’ve managed develop and progress, building great teams and seeing improvements we’ve made together have a real impact. There have definitely been challenges along the way too, but I think those experiences are often the ones you learn the most from and they’ve helped shape the type of leader I am today.

How would your former colleagues describe you in three words?

Positive, supportive and driven.

What are you hoping to achieve in your first year at Fulfil with Synergy?

Firstly, I want to really understand our people, our clients and the operation, and build on the great work the team is already doing. Over the first year, I’d like to continue strengthening our client relationships, develop how we work together across the business and find new ways for Client Services to add even more value.

Do you have any hobbies or passions outside of work that keep you busy?

Outside of work, I love cooking and trying out new recipes, usually with a nice glass of wine along the way! I also have two Labradors who keep me busy and give me plenty of reasons to get out for a good walk.

What part of joining Fulfil with Synergy makes you most excited for the future?

Being part of a growing, ambitious business where there’s a real opportunity to make an impact. I’m excited to build on the great work already happening, develop our people, strengthen our client partnerships and help Client Services play a key part in Synergy’s continued growth.
