Boody partnered with Fulfil with Synergy following a structured UK-wide 3PL evaluation, focused on scalability, automation and technical capability. With growth plans accelerating and peak resilience critical, Boody needed a fulfilment partner already operating at scale.



The challenge
Boody approached the search for a new 3PL with a clear brief and a disciplined process. The team ran a structured and comparative UK evaluation, shortlisting four providers and assessing each through site visits, commercial reviews and technical discussions.
Each potential partner was scored against defined criteria, including service levels, scalability, automation, technical capability, inventory accuracy, sustainability and overall commercial fit.
